The www.g-team.gr is an online store (hereinafter referred to as E-shop, for reasons of brevity) for the marketing of pure natural products with health protective properties, such as olive oil products, beekeeping products, aronia, etc. through Internet, which belongs to D.   Users who just visit this site (hereinafter referred to as users or visitors, for reasons of brevity) and users who make purchases from the E-shop (hereinafter referred to as customers or clients, for reasons of brevity) are required to read carefully the terms that determine the use of the E-shop and proceed to the visit-use of the E-shop services only if they accept them fully.
  These Terms of Use may be modified at any time without prior notice. Clients and/or users   must keep abreast of any changes to these terms. By entering and browsing this site, it is assumed that the terms are unconditionally accepted and knowledgeable. It is strictly forbidden to use the E-shop in case of unacceptance of even one of the terms of use. E-shop reserves the right at any time and without the obligation to inform the users and/or the clients  in advance, to temporarily or permanently discontinue, all or part of its services and to modify any information contained therein.

The information in relation to the products themselves is based on the information that the producers-suppliers have stated in the E-shop. Therefore regarding any defective products and/or untrue data concerning the products, the respective responsibility lies solely with the producers-suppliers thereof. The Company has the obligations set out in the Civil Code in relation to the clients of this website and particurlary in the case of product defects purchased through this E-shop. The customer may, within the time stipulated by law, request substitution of any defective product, with only the charge of transportation cost. For the exercise of these rights, the products to be returned must be accompanied by the all the necessary documents and receipts. • Limitation of Liability:
  The E-shop is entitled to modify and / or temporarily or permanently discontinue all or part of its services, without prior notice to users and/or clients for reasons of maintenance, unavailability of products, upgrading or any other reason.
  The Company, is not responsible, nor does it provide any warranty concerning the availability of the products, but it guarantees the site to promptly inform its users - clients of their unavailability
  E-shop has no obligations regarding the delivery time of orders in cases of force majeure.

All the information mentioned on this web site, regarding the health protective and healing effects of olive oil and in particularly of the products of ours, has strictly informative purpose and should by no means be considered as an inducement, for people with health problems, to stop following medical instructions and/or advice or any medication they already receive, without the prior agreement of their treating physician/doctor. Our products are not intended for the treatment of diseases. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking medication.
