The client has the right to withdraw by returning on his / her own responsibility the products purchased from this online store, no later than five (10) days form the date of shipment (proof of shipment date: courier's stamp). The only charge for the client is only the return shipping costs.

Necessary condition for exercising the right to withdraw, is to provide adequate justification AND that the returned products have not been used, are in their original excellent condition, sealed, inside their packaging, without any damage and accompanied by their complete documentation.

The client is eligible for a full refund of the price of the purchased items within five (5) days from the date the company receives the returned products and the refund will be credited to the account from which the initial payment was made. If the purchase was made in cash, the money will be refunded via e-banking to an account specified by the customer.

If products are shipped and delivered outside the E.U., E-shop is not obliged, does not undertake and can not inform customers in any way about customs duties, fees, taxes, etc. and/or other charges from the respective authorities. The client is liable for any additional charges incurred.
