Hypereleon - Liquid Gold
Hypereleon is our early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, from unripe olives (agourelaio), product of cold extraction (cold pressed), originating from carefully selected olive groves in the regions of Corinth, Trizina and Arcadia in Peloponnese, Greece. It is a product of gentle, natural cultivation without pesticides. The olives are grown with the use of organic chemical fertilizers, active microorganisms, green manure and with the methods of crop rotation and creation of balanced ecosystems with rich biodiversity, so as to ensure the necessary soil coverage.
With love and passion for what we do, we apply and improve cultivation, harvest and olive pressing methods already known since antiquity. As a result, we have managed to produce the gold juice of olive, an extremely early harvested olive oil (Agoureleon), with supremely high content of polyphenols as Oleocanthal and Oleacein and also with high content of tocopherols and other types of active natural substances, such as flavonoids (e.g. apigenin), lignans (e.g., pinoresinol, acetoxypinoresinol), other secoiridoids and many more beneficial ingredients. Ingredients, with unique nutritional but mostly with priceless health protective value.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (E.V.O.O), is known for its health protection properties since Antiquity.
