Hypereleon is not just another "extra virgin olive oil". Its extraordinary beneficial properties are strongly related to the total phenolic and polyphenolic extraordinary high content (from 450-2800 mg/kg, depending on the version and method of measurement), such as tyrosol, hydroxytyrosol, as well as to the individual high content of oleocanthal, oleacein etc. Additionally its high content of tocopherol and other types of active natural substances, such as flavonoids (e.g. apigenin), lignans (e.g., pinoresinol, acetoxypinoresinol) and secoiridoids, maximizes its incredible health protective value.

the Department of Pharmacognosy and Chemistry of Natural Products of the Pharmaceutical Department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, based on the spectroscopy of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (N.M.R.) method,
the Department of Pharmacognosy and Chemistry of Natural Products of the Pharmaceutical Department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, based on the analytical technique proposed by the International Olive oil Council (I.O.C.) of Ηigh Performance Liquid Chromatography (H.P.L.C.),
internationally recognized and certified laboratories,
The above mentioned certificates and test results of our olive oil, clearly indicate that the levels of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives are impressively higher than the average values of corresponding international olive oil sampling levels (135 and 105 mg / kg respectively) included in the 4-year study of the “University of California , Davis” (2001-2015). Therefore, our olive oil protects the organism against the oxidation of blood lipids, in accordance with Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union. Furthermore, the above mentioned documents certify that “HYPERELEON” has high content of tocopherol and other types of active natural substances, such as flavonoids (e.g. apigenin), lignans (e.g., pinoresinol, acetoxypinoresinol) and other secoiridoids.
